Built in 2006 and recently professionally decorated and furnished in March 2009 to an Executive level, the fully air-conditioned open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar which overlooks the informal dining area offers plenty of space for the whole family. The family room offers a 36” flat screen TV and DVD player. Open the sliding patio doors and you enter your very own Splash pool & courtyard so you can enjoy that famous Florida sunshine. Also situated on the ground floor is the laundry room with full size washing machine and dryer, iron board, iron and mops etc. There's also a convenient ground floor cloakroom/restroom. A fully equipped kitchen is provided to allow for self-catering during your stay. Enjoy a meal at home and take in the tranquil Florida lifestyle at your own pace. The sleeping accommodation is laid out on the second floor with the master bedroom having its own ensuite which includes a large king-size bed and of course the 26” wall hung flat screen TV. The two additional bedrooms are beautifully furnished, both with twin beds and easy access to the main family bathroom. All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and come with ceiling fans for your added comfort. They all have ample closet space for your luggage and fresh linens & towels are provided. |
